The Forbes and District Greyhound Racing Club was established in the early 1970's. The club's greyhound racing track is located along the Newell Highway at Forbes, New South Wales.

The Forbes and District Greyhound Racing Club track has a grass surface with a cable lure system. There are camping facilities nearby and there is an air conditioned kenneling facility available for greyhounds of traveling trainers. A canteen is also available at the track for all patrons.
