Angle Park Greyhound Racing Track, one of the premier tracks in South Australia, is situated on Angle road (Off South road).

Angle Park Greyhound Racing Track was founded in 1947. At the beginning, greyhound races were deemed as social events.

Betting on greyhound races were allowed in 1971, after the government passed legislation to allow legalized betting on greyhound racing. The Adelaide Greyhound Racing Club then established its head quarters at Angle Park.
